Monroe, NH selects CAI to convert their existing AutoCAD data into geodatabase format, and host their municipal GIS data online. The conversion of Tax Map data to a standardized maintenance geodatabase schema allows for a more efficient editing process for Tax Map updates. The newly created GIS data was then linked with the Town’s Avitar Assessment database. Following the conversion, CAI setup and configured AxisGIS for the Town. AxisGIS is an easy to use yet powerful online mapping service developed/hosted by CAI and is currently contracted in over 500 communities. AxisGIS will make the Town’s map/GIS layers and Avitar Assessment data available to Staff and the public through a powerful and searchable mapping interface.
